A Zoom attendance tracker that sees more than who joined

Zoom tells you who joined a meeting and how long they stayed. For many training sessions, that is not enough. You need to know whether people were actually there, with their camera on, while you were teaching.

AttendSure is a Zoom attendance tracker built for live online training. It works alongside your Zoom meetings, follows each participant's camera status in real time, and turns every session into a clear, timestamped attendance record.

The same monitoring works on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet too, so one account covers every platform your sessions run on.

Does Zoom track attendance?

Partly. After a meeting, Zoom's attendance/participant report lists each participant's name, join time, leave time and duration. That report doesn't show whether a camera was on, for how long it was off, or whether anyone confirmed they were present during the session.

How AttendSure tracks attendance in Zoom

  • Live View. See every participant's camera status in real time.
  • Camera-off timers. When a camera goes off, that person's timer starts automatically.
  • Alerts and private reminders. If someone stays off camera beyond your threshold (5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes), you're alerted, and AttendSure can send them a private Zoom chat reminder.
  • Presence Check. Participants are asked privately to confirm they’re still there with a simple “I’M HERE”. Every response, or missed response, is timestamped.
  • Trainer Break Control. Timers and Presence Checks pause during breaks, so break time never counts against anyone.
  • Detailed reports. Arrival and leave times, attendance duration, camera events and Presence Checks, ready to export to Excel.
