Zoom's post-meeting attendance report, compared with AttendSure

After a meeting, Zoom's attendance/participant report (for licensed accounts) lists each participant's name, email where available, join time, leave time and total duration, and can be downloaded as a CSV file. It's useful for confirming who connected.

This page compares AttendSure with that post-meeting report specifically. Zoom has other in-meeting tools of its own, such as the participant list and polls, which are not covered here.

AttendSure monitors Microsoft Teams and Google Meet sessions as well, with the same record for every platform.

What the post-meeting report doesn't show

  • Whether each participant's camera was on, or for how long it was off.
  • Whether participants confirmed they were present partway through the session.
  • Breaks, which it counts the same as training time.
