Every session is logged with accurate timestamps and camera status, creating a clear record of participation.
Every export is an Excel workbook - session summary, participant summary and a chronological event log, plus a fourth Breaks sheet whenever the session had a break - and a flat CSV. Session records are kept for your organisation's configured retention period, then removed automatically. Certificates you issue are kept beyond it - a certificate is a document a participant may already have shared, so it stays verifiable until you withdraw it.
