Quick answers about AttendSure and how it works.
AttendSure is live monitoring and participation-evidence software for Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. It shows you the session as it happens in Live View, follows camera status against a threshold you set, lets you ask participants to confirm they are there with a Presence Check, and turns all of it into a timestamped record you can export.
Camera on/off status, the time each participant spends off camera, the timestamps of every status change, and - where you use it - every Presence Check issued, whether it was confirmed, missed or exempt, and how long each confirmation took.
A request asking a participant to confirm they are still there. AttendSure sends them a private message in the Zoom chat with a single link. They open it, tap I’M HERE, and the reply is recorded against the session with the time it took. On Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, AttendSure posts one message in the meeting chat asking participants to reply, and each reply is matched to the person who sent it.
Usually two minutes. You authorise AttendSure in Zoom and you're ready for your next session. For Microsoft Teams or Google Meet there is nothing to authorise - you paste the meeting link when you start.
On Zoom, never - AttendSure only sends messages there (private reminders and Presence Checks) and does not read the chat. On Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, a Presence Check is one message in the meeting chat asking participants to reply, so AttendSure reads the chat only to recognise those replies and match each one to the person who sent it. The message text is never stored - only the fact that that person replied.
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. The change takes effect immediately and the difference is invoiced straight away, pro rata, rather than at your next billing date. You see the exact amount and confirm it before anything is charged.
Prepaid time for monitoring on Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. One hour is used for each hour AttendSure is in your meeting, from the host admitting it until it leaves - time waiting in the lobby is not counted. Zoom monitoring does not use AttendSure Hours.
Yes. Invite colleagues and assign roles from your account settings.
