AttendSure

Zoom, Microsoft Teams & Google Meet integrations

Works with Zoom, Teams and Google Meet.

AttendSure connects directly to Zoom, and joins Microsoft Teams and Google Meet meetings as a guest, to deliver real-time camera status and automated reporting - without recording or storing audio, video or meeting content.

Secure. Private. Nothing recorded.
Live View of the session
The meeting itself, shown inside AttendSure beside the timers. Shown live, never stored.
Real-time camera status
Detects when cameras go off beyond your threshold.
Presence Checks in the meeting chat
A private message on Zoom; on Teams and Meet, one chat message that each person replies to.
Automated reports
Session-level evidence, including every Presence Check result.
Attendance certificates
Issued from a session's own participation record, with a link anyone can use to verify one.
Scheduled start
Set a start time later today and monitoring begins on its own. On Teams and Meet, a guest booked 10+ minutes ahead joins on time.
zoom
Connected

AttendSure joins your Zoom session from your own browser tab, running Zoom's Meeting SDK - not a server-side bot. It joins alongside you while you are in the meeting, or under your own Zoom account with “Monitor for me” when you are not attending. Either way monitoring runs from that AttendSure tab, so keep it open and online for the session. It shows you Live View, reads whether each participant's camera is on or off, and delivers private reminders and Presence Checks.

Quick and easy to connect
Live View, camera status and Presence Checks from one connection
Presence Checks delivered as a private Zoom chat message
Participants need no AttendSure account
AttendSure never records or stores meeting audio, video or chat content. Live View shows the session live in your own browser and keeps none of it, and Zoom messaging is used only to send private reminders and Presence Checks. Recording in Zoom itself is unaffected and stays entirely with Zoom

Connect
Authorise AttendSure in Zoom with secure OAuth, per team member.
Join the session
AttendSure runs in your own browser tab via Zoom's Meeting SDK - showing you Live View, reading camera on/off and delivering Presence Checks. Join the meeting and it watches alongside you, or choose 'Monitor for me' and it joins under your own Zoom account while you are away. No bot of ours joins a Zoom meeting.
Monitor, alert & check
Watch the room, be alerted past your threshold, and send Presence Checks through Zoom chat.
Generate reports
Session reports are generated automatically in your dashboard.
Review & retain
Use records to meet obligations and follow up on participation.
Privacy by design
On Zoom, AttendSure does not read the meeting chat - Zoom messaging is used only to deliver private reminders and Presence Check messages. On Teams and Meet, the chat is read only to recognise Presence Check replies, and the text is never stored. We never record or store audio, video, files or screen shares - only the data needed for live monitoring, Presence Checks and reporting.

Microsoft Teams and Google Meet

On Teams and Meet, AttendSure joins the meeting as a guest named “AttendSure” that the host lets in - so it works without a Zoom account, and without anything installed by you or your participants.

Teams & Meet
How it joins
Paste the Teams or Meet link on the Connect screen - no Zoom account needed. An "AttendSure" guest joins through our meeting-bot provider, Recall.ai, and the host admits it from the lobby or the ask-to-join list. Its tile in the meeting reads "AttendSure - Taking attendance for this session - nothing is recorded".
Teams & Meet
What works
Participant and camera on/off monitoring, with events in about a second. Camera-off timers and alerts, Live View, Presence Checks, Trainer Break Control, reports and exports, certificates and scheduled start.
Teams & Meet
AttendSure Hours
Teams and Meet monitoring uses AttendSure Hours. Every organisation gets 5 hours free to start and 10 more on its first paid plan, then tops up from A$14 for 10 hours - or turns on Auto Top-Up. A class in progress is never stopped. Zoom does not use them.
Teams & Meet
What differs from Zoom
Teams and Meet do not allow private messages from a bot, so private reminders are Zoom-only. A Presence Check is one message in the meeting chat, and you can choose to post general camera reminders that never name anyone - off unless you turn them on.
Teams & Meet
Not supported
Teams webinars, town halls and live events, meetings that require registration, and breakout rooms. An organisation's Teams IT policy can also block outside guests like ours - worth checking with IT first.
Teams & Meet
Nothing recorded, nothing kept
The guest is set up with zero retention and no video, audio or transcript recording. Live View is streamed to your screen and never stored. The chat is read only to recognise Presence Check replies, and the text is never kept.
