Attendance tracker features for Zoom, Teams and Google Meet
Everything you need to monitor, act and report with confidence.
One platform for live camera visibility, real-time alerts and clean session records on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet - for any organisation running online sessions where participation matters.
Three jobs, done properly
The live session and every participant’s camera status, side by side, from one dashboard - on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
Alerts, private reminders and Presence Checks, so issues are resolved during the session rather than after it.
Timestamped records and exports you can hand to an internal reviewer or an external auditor.
Built for how organisations actually run sessions
See how the same monitoring, alerts and reporting apply across training, corporate, compliance and facilitated sessions.
Confirm who is there, on your terms
A private Zoom message asks a participant to confirm they are present. They tap one button - no app, no sign-in, and no AttendSure account. On Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, one message in the meeting chat asks everyone to reply, and each reply is matched to the person who sent it.
Simple. Powerful. Effective.
What AttendSure records - and what it never touches
AttendSure reads camera on/off state and records Presence Check replies. Meeting video and audio are never recorded, stored or transcribed.
What AttendSure records
- Display name
- Camera on/off status, with timestamps
- When each person joined and left
- Meeting ID
- Reminder sent
- Presence Checks issued, confirmed, missed or exempt
- Response time for each confirmed check
What AttendSure never records or stores
- Video recordings (Live View shows the session live and keeps none of it)
- Audio
- Transcripts
- Meeting chat content (on Zoom we only send Presence Checks; on Teams and Meet replies to one are recognised, and the text is never stored)
- Files
- Recordings
- Facial recognition or expression analysis
